[OKFest-Coord] About open spending

Hi Henri and Raimo,

Happy to exchange ideas on the stream - have numerous, but they all
need tidying together. Please let me know if you have any suggestions.

Jogi - others, have we now decided how much time we have for the Open
Spending Data Stream?

Also, when are we planning on sending the CFP out? I will make sure to
have something down on paper by then.
