[OKFest-Coord] About open spending

Hi All,

Sorry for taking a while to get round to this. I will try and put something
together this week.

I am just about to send something on this topic out to the OpenSpending and
Open Economics mailing lists - I think you are both on them? So let's start
the discussion there!
