[wsfii-coord] WSFII logo EPS?

Dear friends, I have sent the missing file in a .ps version: 
wsfii-patch-final.ps
but I recieved this message in return:

Hi Saul,
I would like to have some wsfii logo banners printed here in
Dharamsala. Same as Sylvie did 5 months ago. I thought I had
everything downloaded on my notebook but it seems now I am missing:
wsfii-patch-final.eps
and your server http://chinabone.lth.bclub.org.uk/~saul/ is down or
something. Did it burn down together with your office?
Could you point me where i can find it or someone else email it to me?
