this change of plan is OK with me too. Let us hope by dovetailing
all our efforts to this event can spark a movement in the continent.

However, let us keep some practical issues in mind:  we do need to
keep enough funds to gather activists from rural India and the
technically savvy and socially committed academicians in Indian
institutes.  The success of this event will depend on how much
learning takes place, and how many support structures are developed
within India after the event. I would certainly want to bring at
least ten people from Mumbai and around for this event.

Second:  we thought of Bangalore event and were ready to host about
500-1000 people.  does Dharmashala ready to host this size?  Being a
popular tourist location, this may not be a big size for this
location, but we do certainly have to keep this in mind.

let me know what I can do.  Meanwhile we are setting up a demo/live
network at Homi Bhabha Centre (TIFR) for training any group round
the year.
