Just an addition or two:

The visit has been rescheduled for 19th - 24th Jan (Diirwb is
launching itself on the 23rd) and I am hoping to meet juergen there so
maybe we can sort it out then?

Also Alejo <alejo at znerol.ch> wrote in response to the mail from rufus
to say that he would be up for helping out with these admin tasks.
