[wsfii-coord] Dharamsala India visit and possible WSFII

Hi Arun
Yes, funding is being arranged for travel from US,EU, India and Asia.
Sascha, Yahel and me are now trying to estimate the amount of
participants... Allways a big guess but has to be done before hand.
We are thinking of CuWin,NYCwireless,Freifunk,Djursland people than
India Linux people Etc.
Some help in this estimating is appreciated, anybody pls respond.

I am also glad that you don't feel like "crossed" for the fact that I
went a little ahead on this one and contacted Sascha before informing
wsffii-coord but i didn't want another pie in the sky story and had to
make sure it is do-able.
