[okfn-coord] Project Coordination meeting: Mondays, 1pm UK time *change of time*

Hi All,

*[N.B. if you are on this list because you are starting up a chapter - this
email does not apply to you, all you need to know is that for you, the
coordination meeting is no longer at 2pm UK time on a Monday, or this one -
you'll take your lead from Kat from now on in a separate meeting at a
different time, so we can keep each meeting smaller - Kat sent you an email
about this earlier] *

As some of you may have noticed today, I've created a Skype channel
*Project Pack* with the representatives of all the working group & project
leads I have contact details for.

The reason for this is that we are aware that often, people within various
groups at the OKF don't know who is behind other projects or what is going
on across the network.

Our aim is to change this, and we would like to invite anyone on this list
to participate in a weekly 30 mins coordination meeting at 1pm UK time on a
Monday, if you are available. You obviously don't have to participate each
week, but it would be fantastic if you could drop in to introduce yourself
occasionally or particularly if you have exciting updates from that week /
need help solving a particular problem.

*# How it will work*

The chat channel will be open and the team will be around to answer any
immediate questions you have about projects at the OKF as and when they
arise. I

I probably don't have your SkypeID - add me: lucyfediachambers, and I'll
bring you in to the conversation

*## If you are on the Skype channel and do not want to be*

There's no obligation to stay. If you feel it's a distraction, type "/leave
+ [your skypeid]" into the chat and you'll be left in peace. This is an
experiment, so we'll see what works best for everyone.

*# When the meetings will start *

The first meeting will be this coming Monday (*N.B.* this is instead of the
usual 2pm call)
