[okfn-coord] Notes from Coord meeting

Hi Jason,

It was a follow up from last week where you said you would take the
lead on working out what was happening to the servers meaning the
Wordpress sites and other sites were going down ("JK to coordinate
flaky server saviour operation"). Mark was interested in finding out
what was happening with that as I think he was expecting to be
involved in the process?

Sorry for the confusing wording!
