[OKFest-Coord] OKfest special guests / travel & accommodation bursaries

Looking at the special guest list unfortunately it doesn't have a column on the actual status: This is why the following questions.

- could we please add a status collume to this, otherwise its hard to get an overview who has been invited and what the status is.

- Did we invite Neelie Kroes already? I am asking because I have successfully invited her to last re:publica and so could try again if needed.
