[OKFest-Coord] Open Call - 2nd Round

Hello everyone,

The deadline for the 2nd Round of OKfest Open Call is 1 June, this is 
the right moment to send out last minute reminders!

Guest Programme Planners - so far we have received 20 proposals on the 
2nd Round (most of the proposals will arrive just before the deadline). 
I have shared a document that contains these 20 proposals to Guest 
Programme Planners Googledoc folder.
