[OKFest-Coord] Parliamentary Monitoring

Hi,

we are planning a possible hackathon around parliamentary monitoring
in OKFestival with the Louhos team.
Would be good to hear of other plans associated with this, it is also
currently uncertain for us under which stream this would go, if any
(we have made some initial suggestions to the planning etherpads).

As a reply to Jogi's question - I am likely to go both to Paris and
Helsinki meetings.
Helsinki I'll come certainly, Paris I will confirm next week (we got
oral presentation on Louhos/soRvi there, so most likely going).
Let me know if there is something I could do to advance the
parliamentary monitoring flow between the two events.
