[OKFest-Coord] OKFestival planning - next steps

Hello everyone,

Here is a brief summary about the next steps in OKFestival planning:

1) Confirming the Themes & Topic Streams. Some of these are already 
confirmed, some are still under discussion.

2) Each Topic Stream team decides what kind of programme formats they 
want to utilize (and how much time & space they need). I will send more 
instructions about this very soon!

3) Each Topic Stream goes through the submissions that we sent in as 
Individual Submissions and considers whether these can be included in 
the Topic Stream.

4) Some of the Individual Presentation proposals might not fit into the 
existing Topic Streams. The OKFestival planning committee will go 
through these and will decide if these can be included as stand-alone 
parts of OKFestival programme.
