Fixed selective removal of list items on update's remove-add routine (was removing all each time). Added 'isSimpleOption' to [DomainObjectRef?][1] class, to identify minor domain objects. Improved attribute representation, so state is printed with repr(). Moved getRequestParams method to [DomainObject?][2] class.
