I can't see these features in the license linked to above. Admittedly, I 
haven't followed the cc discussions, but a quick scan of the archives 
shows people complaining that this version of the license does NOT allow 
you to demand removals of all mentions of the original author, and 
indeed the relevant clause does not seem to be there. Is what you wrote 
above really right? If so, do you have a handy url for any more detailed 
discussion of these issues (short of trying to read the entire cc 
discussion archives...)
