Hi All,

I was quite excited while watching TV last night to note that BBC Two
are making a large amount of content available online - however these
are only available as DRM'd streams. Since the service is only
available in the UK, can the argument be supported, that as license
payers, we are entitled to unrestricted (in technical rather than
legal terms) access to this content? if so, would it be worth getting
in touch with the relevant people to discuss this?

cheers!
