[fc-uk-discuss] another proposal for constitution

Unfortunately, due to unexpected problems with my house I can't make  
it to the meeting. Can you add my support to the constitutional  
process and I am happy to vote for the constitution that gets the  
widest support of the group. I hope that this gives the necessary  
structures for us to move on.

Please could you send my deepest apologies for having to pull out at  
the last minute.
