Hopefully, it's self evident that I would be subject to my own principles.
All my posts can be used accordingly. I consider posts to FC-UK to be
publications.

That also means the sense of my words should not be compromised by the
introduction of typographical errors. :-)

At this stage I think it's 'bouncing it around for discussion', rather than
'ready for etching on tablets of stone'.

I've always intended (but prevarication prevents) to continue refining it. I
was going to restore the Wiki I recently lost - and put it up at
http://constitution.digitalproductions.co.uk.
