Ahoy,

I've collated all the action points from previous meetings into a 
healthy-looking TODO list. There are plenty of points with nobody assigned, 
so please can people have a look and take up some tasks. Just edit the page 
to say you're doing it, and add any progress when appropriate:

It's important that we don't let all of these things slip past us. Major 
priorities at the moment seem to be:

 * Discuss ideas for Congress schedule, put concrete ideas onto wiki
 * Add as much stuff as possible to Promotion page
 * Write a first draft for the Congress blurb
 * Submit Congress and 14+14 promotional blurb to web sites + lists

None of the tasks are particularly difficult or time consuming, but need doing 
if we're doing to have a good congress :)
