[fc-uk-discuss] fc-uk meeting on saturday 10th of december in london

I have drafted one constitution. I believe that others also wanted to  
draft a constitution.

I was not mandated to organise the next meeting (which along with  
agreeing the constitutional form was also to re-confirm the policies  
and officers of FCUK).
