I have been thinking along these lines and agree **completely** that 
moving to a web-based CMS would be useful. I have been using wordpress 
quite a bit recently for lightweight sites like our own and we could try 
that out. Alternatively if we wanted something heavier what about drupal?

The main task involved in moving would be to port the templates across 
but I don't think that would be /that/ difficult. One warning: we 
wouldn't be able to port the testimony system without more effort as 
that is a dedicated rubyonrails app.
